The 5th WAGE Annual Science Meeting will take place from February 17 to 20, 2026. The event will be held off-campus, in Saint-Paulin in the Mauricie region. Participants will gather and stay in this resort for 4 days of exchange.
Event Format
The meeting will be held from Tuesday noon to Friday noon and will primarily consist of group and subgroup discussions, following the model successfully implemented last year. A limited number of formal presentations will be delivered by invitation only. Discussions will focus on lessons learned throughout the partnership’s activities and will be facilitated by designated members. Plenary sessions will be offered in a hybrid format to accommodate members and collaborators unable to attend in person. Simultaneous interpretation will be available both on-site and online.
